About The Brotherhood Forge

Who We Are & What We Stand For

The Brotherhood Forge is a youth-led nonprofit organization working with boys and young men aged 12–25 in Tanzania. Founded in 2025, we nurture character, redefine masculinity, and foster leadership among young males who are often overlooked in mainstream empowerment programs.

Mission

To support young boys in Tanzania to overcome challenges like addiction, build life skills, and discover their purpose through sober living homes, counseling, and skills training — fostering resilience, responsibility, and leadership.

Program Overview

The core of our model. Small, closed groups (6–8) led by trained mentors progress from self-awareness to outward impact, creating safety, trust, and accountability.
